General Rules on Admission

Admission is a process that grants an applicant a formal acceptance to the school, with the definite understanding that the student and his/her parents or guardians agree in writing to comply with the scholastic standards of this school, its rules and regulations.

Requirements for new students and Transferees
(Elementary & High School)

  • Dully filled registration form
  • 4 recent colored ID picture.
  • Copy of Father’s National ID and family card (Saudi Citizens) or Residence ID (Foreigners).
  • Copy of Father’s passport and child’s passport (Foreigners).
  • Form 138 / Report Card or record of latest quarterly grades (original & photocopy).
  • Passing mark in the Entrance Examination and Interview.
  • A new student may be admitted on condition that he meets all the requirements.

Requirements for new students and transferees
(Preschool)

  • Dully filled registration form
  • 4 recent colored ID picture.
  • Copy of Complete Immunization Record
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Father’s National ID and family card (Saudi Citizens) or Residence ID (Foreigners).
  • Copy of Father’s passport and child’s passport (Foreigners).
  • Age Requirements for Preschool Students
    • KG 1 – Ages 3 to 4
    • KG 2 – Ages 4 to 5
    • KG 3 – Ages 5  to 6

Step 1
Schedule for an entrance / evaluation exam in the following offices:

  • Grade 1 – 10 Girls  & Grade 1 – 2 Boys in Female Section Main Office # 014-396-3939
  • Grade 3 – 10 Boys in Male Section Office #014-396-2626
  • KG1 Interview with Preschool Coordinator (No Entrance Exam Required)
  • KG2 – KG3 Entrance / evaluation ( 70% passing grade)

Step 2

  1. Provide acceptance slip from the Testing Office to the Accounting Office at the Boys Section.

Step 3
Submit filled up registration form (available at accounting office) together with the requirements.
Step 4
Pay the 50% of total SCHOOL FEES to the Accounting Office and Secure Books and Uniform Order Slip from Accounting Office.

Fees and Payments

  • Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees can inquire to Accounting Office prior to and during the enrollment period.
  • Payments of tuition fees is divided to two periods:
    1. First Payment – 50% of total tuition fees should be paid before the beginning of the first semester
    2. Second/last Payment- remaining 50% of total tuition fees should be paid before of the second semester. (please see school calendar for the dates.

Other Financial Inquiries

  • All financial matters for any project or activities should be transacted with the Accounting Office upon permission from the School Director.
  • Graduation and Annual Show Fees are collected annually.

Policy on Withdrawal and Refund

Withdrawal

  • A student is considered officially enrolled if he has satisfactory complied with all the requirements for admission.A student who withdraws from school anytime during the year should:
    1. Present an official written withdrawal notice from the parents / guardian and to be approved by the School Director.
    2. Secure an official Clearance Paper from the Registrar or Accounting Office and present the accomplished said paper to the Accounting Office.
    3. Submit the accomplished Clearance Paper and withdrawal written notice to the Office of the Registrar.

Refund

  • When a student registers in school, it is understood that he/she is enrolling for the entire school year.A student who withdraws from the school will be charged:
    • 5% of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws before classes start.
    •  10% of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the first week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
    • 20% of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the second week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
    • 100% of full payment if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes whether he/she has or has not actually attended classes.
